These Terms of Service describe the rules for using OneGateway's crypto payment tools, payment links, APIs, dashboard, and related services.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use OneGateway.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, creating payment links, using the API, or otherwise using OneGateway, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you use OneGateway on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Overview

OneGateway provides software tools that help merchants create cryptocurrency payment links, monitor supported blockchain payments, and receive payment status notifications.

OneGateway is a technology platform. We do not custody user funds, control blockchain networks, reverse blockchain transactions, or guarantee settlement by any third-party network, wallet, exchange, or infrastructure provider.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, securing your login credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, wallet addresses, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You must promptly update any wallet address, webhook URL, or operational setting that becomes inaccurate, compromised, or no longer controlled by you.

4. Merchant Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of OneGateway is lawful in your jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable laws, tax obligations, sanctions rules, consumer protection requirements, and cryptocurrency-related regulations.

You may not use OneGateway for illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or activity that infringes the rights of others.

5. Payments and Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for verifying payment details, refund handling, customer support, order fulfillment, and disputes with your customers.

Payment detection depends on supported networks, token contracts, confirmation status, RPC availability, and matching payment amounts or submitted transaction hashes. Delays, reorgs, infrastructure outages, or incorrect payment details may affect status updates.

6. Fees, Limits, and Plans

Some features may be subject to subscription plans, usage limits, successful-payment quotas, or other restrictions shown in the dashboard or communicated by OneGateway.

We may update plans, limits, feature availability, or pricing with reasonable notice where required.

7. API and Webhooks

You are responsible for protecting API credentials and validating webhook signatures before relying on webhook payloads.

You must not overload, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or other users' data.

8. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but OneGateway may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party providers, blockchain congestion, or events outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when necessary to improve the service, protect users, comply with law, or address operational risk.

9. Intellectual Property

OneGateway, including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your lawful business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneGateway is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of crypto assets, failed transactions, incorrect wallet addresses, third-party outages, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using OneGateway at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates security or compliance risk, harms the service, or is unlawful.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including compliance responsibilities, payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

12. Contact
